Health Consultations

 

Dr. Podolny provides consultations for individuals seeking to move to a higher level of health and well-being.  The consultations are based on a hierarchy of health, which includes addressing all aspects of one’s life:  physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.  A lack of clarity in any of the elements of the hierarchy will always result in decreased function, overall well-being, and disease.

During each session, we will ascertain which areas of the hierarchy might be misaligned or deficient and, working together, evoke practical solutions, resulting in a higher level of function and health.

These health consultations are for individuals dedicated to making the changes they need to become their best possible selves.  Appointments can last from  30-60 minutes, cost  200 dollars, and are not covered by health insurance.

The Hierarchy of Health

The Hierarchy of Health puts into perspective those aspects of our lives that will most support our health and evolution.  This hierarchy has seven tiers. The higher the tier, the greater its overall influence on your health.    These seven tiers are, in order of relevance;

• Your relationship to Spirit
• Your relationship to yourself
• Your primary relationships/intimacy
• Your work in the world
• Your Structure and how you move through the world
• Diet-recognizing your unique dietary requirements 
• Exogenous interventions: Traditional and non-traditional medicine such as supplements, pharmaceuticals, surgery, chiropractic, acupuncture, infrared devices, etc.
